# Operators Operators runs as the nodes of the AVSs in Allstake protocol. After registering on Allstake, they can receive delegation of staked assets, and opt-in AVSs by providing services and improving security. Operators can join Allstake permissionlessly. They can receive delegation from any (re)stakers, including self-delegation.
